OCEA is a once-daily eye formula built on all three macular carotenoids - lutein, zeaxanthin and meso-zeaxanthin - with 20 mg of lutein and 10 mg of meso-zeaxanthin, on top of the AREDS2 core: vitamin C 500 mg, vitamin E 268 IU, zinc 25 mg and copper 2 mg. Eleven actives, two capsules a day, 30 days a bottle. No vitamin A, no beta-carotene.
